Leadership
Cally Lowenthal serves as the Vice President of Property Management for Align Properties, where she leads and oversees all property management operations. She is responsible for guiding and engaging team members to ensure operational excellence across the portfolio. Cally establishes and implements policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, Fair Housing regulations, and affordable housing program requirements. She oversees property budgets, including accounts receivable, and develops and executes strategic marketing plans to support strong occupancy and community success.

Cally earned an Associate Degree in Legal Studies from Madison College and brings over 15 years of experience managing all facets of affordable housing communities. Prior to joining Align Companies, she held additional leadership roles, including Senior Asset Manager, Regional Vice President, and Director of Property Management within affordable housing organizations. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and Site Compliance Specialist (SCS) designations.
Together with a strong team of Regional Managers, Area Managers, and dedicated onsite staff, Cally ensures Align Properties’ communities are effectively managed and positioned for residents to thrive.
